摘要
焦化行业在生产过程中会排放有害环境和人类健康的废气、废水和废渣,属于重污染行业。编制一本好的环境影响报告书,对于做好焦化行业环境保护工作,促进其健康发展,相当重要。阐述了焦化行业环境影响评价要严格执行国家有关产业政策,指出了在选址、工程分析、污染防治对策、环境风险评价及公众参与等关键环节中应注意的问题。
The discharge of waste gas,wastewater and dregs produced by the carbonization Industry are harmful to the environment and human health.It＇s important for promoting the healthy development and environmental protection of the carbonization Industry to compile a better environmental impact statement.It is expounded that the environmental impact assessment of carbonization Industry should strictly obey the correlative national industry policies,and then,it is pointed out the key points of the site selection,engineering analysis,measurements of preventing pollution,environmental risk assessment and public participation
