浅析山西电子信息产业人才激励措施

Discussion of Personnel Incentives of Electronic Information Industry in Shanxi Province

作为信息产业的重要组成部分,电子信息产业是国民经济的支柱产业。山西地处我国华北西部的黄土高原地带,信息产业人才匮乏,人才激励作为一种挖掘人类潜能的手段,对人类的创新活动具有十分重要的意义,尤其是现在的山西电子信息产业,更是需要通过对人才的激励来拉动其发展。本文在结合国家对信息产业大力支持的良好背景下,提出了山西省电子信息产业人才激励的几点措施。

As one of the important components of the information industry,electronic information industry is a pillar industry of the nation economy,Shanxi province is located in the western-north of China,lack of personnel in the information industry,as one of the important methods to tap the human potential,incentive has great significance to human innovation.Especially in Shanxi province,it＇s need to stimulate the development of electronic information industry through personnel incentive,in this paper,based on the strong supports of the country,rasie a few measures to motivate personnel of electronic information industry in Shanxi province.
