摘要
计算机程序设计的出现给薄膜理论分析带来巨大方便,使得之前很多繁琐和复杂的计算变得简单和容易.该文运用Matlab软件,对光学薄膜特征矩阵进行数值计算.
Optical thin film on modern science and technology plays an important role in the development of science and technology,and with the rapid development of computer and program design,especially in the film theory analysis,enormous tedious and complicated calculation has become simple and easy.This paper is using Matlab software for numerical calculation of optical thin film as well as optical thin film characteristic matrix.
