摘要
用GC-MS联用仪对超声波辅助提取的大红八角挥发油进行了定量分析.从分析结果中鉴定了22个组分,主要为萜类和醛类化合物.其主要成分及含量为反式大茴香脑(38.93%)、茴香醛(11.82%)、小茴香灵(11.08%)和草蒿脑(7.66%).
Chemical constituents of the star aniseed oil extracted by Ultrasonic assisted extraction were quantitatively analyzed by means of GC-MS.25 compounds have been identified.They are mainly terpenes and aromatic aldehydes.5 compounds,with higher relative content,are Tran-Anethole(38.93%),Anisealdehyde(11.82%),Feniculin(11..08%),Estragole(7.66%)in the oil.
