护理干预对糖尿病患者依从性及治疗效果的影响研究

Study about Influence of Nursing Intervention on Dependence and Treatment Effectiveness in Cases with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病(DM)患者依从性及治疗效果的影响。方法将2009年1月～2009年6月间我院糖尿病患者58例随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗及护理,观察组同时给予系统的护理干预措施。结果干预后观察组患者空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为3.45%,对照组为27.59%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性为100%,对照组为72.41%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能提高糖尿病的治疗依从性,并能改善患者的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on dependence and treatment effectiveness in cases with diabetes mellitus. Methods 58 cases with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January in 2009 to June in 2009 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The two groups received the normal care, and the observation group received the systemic care. Results The blood-fasting sugar and 2 hours blood sugar after meal in the observe group after nursing intervention were superior to those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total incidence rate of complication after nursing intervention were 3.45% in the observe group and 27. 59% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The dependence rate after nursing intervention were 100% in the observe group and 72.41% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can boost the dependence and improve the treatment effect.
