摘要 目的探讨CT尿路成像(CTU)在临床常见输尿管梗阻疾病中的应用价值。方法应用Philips Brilliance 64排CT对45例输尿管梗阻疾病患者进行CTU检查。结果 CTU对肾功能无明显影响,检查成功率高,对输尿管梗阻疾病梗阻程度及位置均清晰显示,并对梗阻原因定性有较高的准确性。结论 CTU能为输尿管梗阻疾病提供简便、安全、可靠的检查手段。 Objective To study the value of Computed Tomography Urography (CTU) in patients with common ureteral obstruction disease. Method Forty-five patients with ureteral obstruction disease were examined by Philips Brilliance 64-slice spiral CT. Results CTU produced an unremarkable effect on kidney function with high success ratio. The degree and location of ureteral obstruction could be displayed clearly. CTU had a high accuracy in cause ofureteral obstruction. Conclusion CTU may be a convenient, safe and reliable method for patients with ureteral obstruction disease.
