多功能床边工作车在临床护理工作中的应用

Application of Multi-Functional Bedside Work-Cart in Clinical Nursing

目的把时间还给护士,把护士还给患者。方法根据床边工作制护理模式,配置多功能床边工作车,将护士工作站前移,护士在患者床边工作。结果护士发现、解决患者问题的时间前移,减少了护士奔跑于病房与护士站之间的"无用功",减少了"红灯率",减少了应答红灯所浪费的时间和人力。结论多功能床边工作车能有效提高护理工作效率,提高患者满意度。

Objective Leave more time to nurses and leave nurses to patients. Method According to the bedside-work nursing model, multi-functional bedside work-carts are put into use so that the nursing work stations are moved more closely to the patients and nurses work at the patients＇ bedside. Results Nurses discover that they can answer patients＇ calls more efficiently and quickly, they can rid themselves of the trouble of running between their work stations and the patients＇ rooms, and they can waste less time and efforts in answering the patients＇ calls. Conclusion Bed-side work-cart can improve nursing efficiency more effectively and better satisfy the patients.
