Rescue Experience of Bee Sting-induced Anaphylactic Shock in a Child

目的通过对一例蜂螫伤致过敏性休克患儿的临床抢救,纠正人们对蜂螫伤认识上的一个误区。方法个案报道,作者从事临床工作二十几年,像这么严重的病例碰到的是首例。结果抢救及时挽回了患儿的生命并康复出院。假如因各种原因得不到及时抢救,后果就不堪设想。结论蜂螫伤致严重过敏反应者,及时到附近医院就诊,别掉以轻心。

Objective Clinical rescue of one case of bee sting-induced anaphylactic shock in a child was aimed to correct people＇s misunderstanding of bee stings. Method Case report, the author＇s first encounter over 20 years of clinical work. Result The child was rescued timely and discharged. Conclusion Those who are allergic to bee sting should go to a nearby hospital timely, don＇t take it lightly.
