准确评价晚期肝病患者的肝功能是判断预后的方法之一,也是进行临床决策的基础。近年来关于终末期肝病模型的研究与应用越来越多,本文就MELD的临床应用作一综述。

Evaluating the liver function accurately is necessary to make clinical decision and to forecast the mortality in patients with end-stage liver disease. Many studies about model for end-stage liver disease （MELD） proceed for the past few years and this article summarizes about it.
