This paper presents with teaching methods of the laboratory medicine intems in a large general hospital. The laboratory medicine intems acquired preliminary medical research skills of ＂standardized＂, and ＂clinical＂ by learning through the year, to become qualified inspection personnel both in being proficient in the standard operating and having a good sense in clinical services.
