摘要
一套完整的农村土地流转绩效评价指标体系可以为比较不同农村土地流转模式的绩效提供一个科学依据。农村土地流转绩效体现于经济绩效与社会绩效两方面,笔者从经济和社会两个维度来构建农村土地流转绩效评价指标体系,经济绩效评价包括农村经济发展、农民生活改善、农业产业发展三个方面的11个指标,社会绩效评价包括农村社会和谐、农村土地环境两个方面的5个指标。
A set of complete rural land circulation effect evaluation index system can give a scientific basis to compare the effects of different rural land circulation mode.The effects of rural land circulation include two aspects of economic effect and social effect.Rural land circulation effect evaluation index system is established in this paper based on economic effect and social effect dimensions.In the system,11 indexes are chosen for economic effect evaluation in three aspects,i.e.rural economy development,rural life improvement and rural industry development.And the other 5 indexes are selected for social effect evaluation in two aspects,i.e.country society harmonious and rural land environment.
