The New Trend of Hunan Dialect Research in the Last Decade of the New Century

与上个世纪相比,新世纪十年湖南汉语方言研究呈现出新的发展趋势:形成了语音、词汇和语法全方位的研究体系;形成了湘南土话和湘西乡话的研究热点;开始注重与周边方言或少数民族语言的比较研究;开始将方言与地域文化结合起来进行研究;开始了汉语方言地理学的研究;开始了实验语音学、计算机语言学的相关研究。

Compared with the previous century,Hunan dialect research takes on new trend in the last decade of the new century,which has shaped all-directional research system in vocabulary,phonology and grammar and research hot topics of dialect in the Southern Hunan Province and Xianghua in the Western Hunan Province.It has begun to focus on comparative studies of other neighboring dialects and minority languages,combine dialect research with that of regional cultures,study geographical research of Chinese dialects and to study the experimental phonetics and computer linguistics.
