摘要
通过煤矿中采矿点的瓦斯传感器和单片机内设的A/D转换技术,实现对采矿点瓦斯气体浓度信息的采集以及信号的转换;再通过单片机内部进行数据处理;然后将处理好的数据与标准值比较,在通过LED数码管进行显示和ISD4004语音系统报值,当超过标准值时进行语音报警。而且采矿点的数据实时的由nRF905无线传输模块,传输到中继站的单片机中,最后通过RS232转RS485有线传输,传输到煤矿外的监控室中,从而有效的防止煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故的发生。
By coal mine gas sensors and microcomputers equipped with the A/D conversion technology,coal mine gas density information would be collected and corresponding signals converted;the information would then be processed through internal MCU data processing and compared with standard values with the adoption of LED digital tube display and ISD 4004.Voice system would then give voice alert when value exceeds the standard value.Real-time data would be simultaneously transmitted to the relay station microcomputer through nRF 905 wireless transmission module,and would be finally transmitted to the control rooms outside of the coal mines through RS232 RS485 cable transmission,which would effectively control coal mine gas explosion accidents.
