提出了DFS的概念，建立了DFS评价系统结构；在归纳总结的基础上，探讨了DFS评价系统的具体内容，并给出了实现DFS评价系统的实施方法，为冲压件工艺性分析提供了有效的手段和工具。

This paper presented the concept of DFS (Design for stamping) and established the structure of the DFS evaluation system. Based on the summarization of experience, it also described the detailed contents of DFS evaluation system, and gave the method to realize the system. So DFS evaluation system can provide an effective tool to evaluate the machinability of stampingparts.
