摘要
以"豆酱制作"开放式实验的设计与实施为例,结合企业生产实际,探讨了研究型实验教学方法的应用与效果。形成了以学生为主体、以研究为主线、以教师评语评价和学生实验感受为考核方式等教学模式,锻炼和提高了学生的科研思维、操作技能、团队协作和适应社会需要等综合能力,获得了较好的教学效果。
The paper takes the design and implementation of the research-based and open running experimental teaching model in "soybean paste-making" as an example to discuss the utilization and effect of the teaching model with enterprises production,and forms the model of the student-centered,research-based line,review-evaluated and student-assessed.The experimental teaching reform trains and improves the students' creative thinking,operational skills,teamwork and comprehensive ability to adapt to social demands,and accesses to better teaching results.
