摘要
该文通过阐述学科竞赛意义,提出科学的竞赛观和组织竞赛原则,构建了常态化、普及化、推广化学科竞赛体制,采取项目、联动、激励的机制,形成组织、保障、培训、反馈的学科竞赛人才培养新模式,取得了较好的实践效果。
By discussing the significance of subject contest,the paper proposes the scientific contest ideas and principles of contest organizaiton,constructs normalized,popular and expandable contest system and adopts item,interaction and encouragment of mechanism.A new mode of cultivating contest talents on the aspects of organization,guarantee,training and academics is formed to obtain good results.
