Based on a number of invesigations of both domestic and foreign tubemarking industries and consideration of the current situation in this field in the country,analysis concerning the feasibility of tubemarking equipment selection was made,on the basis of which,a design concept of a new type tubemarking machine that suits marking of homemade small tubes was proposed.Also discussed in the paper are the eight major features of the newly developed tubemarking machine,its advantages and socialeconomic benefits brought about thereby.
