连铸二冷区铸坯表面温度连续测试工艺研究

摘要 阐述了CIT-M型红外测温线性化传感器连续测温的工作特点,并对攀钢板坯连铸的典型钢种进行了不同拉速条件下的连续测试。为今后开展攀钢板坯连铸二冷动态控制奠定了基础。 Technology characterictic of the slab's surface lemperature measurement with infra-red linear sensor is presented in this paper, The temperature of the typical steel grade of Pangang's continuous casling slab is continously measured under the conditions of different casting speeds. The research resutts have laid a foundation for further realizing secondary cooling dynamic control of Pangang's continuous easling slabe.
