摘要 对影响水平连铸铜套寿命的工作面黑区进行了研究,结果表明,铜套黑区是连铸过程中,浇铸合金液易氧化元素氧化形成夹杂在铜套工作日沉积的结果,控制充型通道中的二次氧化,有利于减缓黑区的形成。 The black layer on working surface is studied lhat has some effect to the life of water cooling copper mould on the horizontal continuous casting. The results are that, during the process of continuous casting, active element in the molten metal are oxidized with oxygen and emerge oxiole inclusions. The deposit of those inclusions on water cooling copper mould forms the black layer. Limiting elements oxidation near the pouring channel will have benefit to resist black layer generation.
