摘要
对采用射流成形方法制备的Zr52.5Ni14.6Ai10Cu17.9Ti5块体玻璃合金进行等温退火,利用X射线衍射和SEM及TEM分析了块状玻璃态合金等温晶化时相转变及组织转变.实验表明,近玻璃转变温度Tg退火,组织仅发生部分晶化,近晶化温度Tx和高于Tx(703—723K)退火后,合金完全晶化,组织为Zr2Ni0.67O0.33+ZrAI(少量)+Zr2Cu(量);更高温度(753—823K)退火后,晶化组织中ZrAI和Zr2Cu数量相对增多。
The microstructure and phase transformation during crystallization of bulk glass alloyZr52.5 Ni14.6 Al10 Cu17/9 Ti5 prepared by melt injection method are investigated by using XRD, SEM andTEM. The experimental results indicate that a small amount of crystalline appears in the glass matrixafter annealing at near glass transition temperature Tg, but the glass is completely crystallized at nearcrystallization temperature Tx (703 - 723 K) for 600 s, the crystallized phases are Zr2Ni0.67O0.33 and asmall amount of ZrAI and Zr2Cu. After annealing at more high temperature (753 - 823 K) the amountsof ZrAI and Zr2Cu increase, and the alloy consists of nano-sized grains.
