摘要
观察了电沉积法制备泡沫Ni过程中各阶段的Ni层组织形态变化,结果表明:电镀后和600℃空气处理4min后的Ni层均为细晶组织,但经850℃和980℃的氢分解气氛处理40min后,均达到充分烧结,泡沫Ni表面平整致密。
The nickel layer structures of nickel foam at different stages in the'electrodepositionprocess' were observed, and it was found that the nickel layers after both electroplating and treatmentin air at 600 ℃ for 4 min possessed the microcrystalline structures with obvious flaw, but become thecompact nickel crystal ones with even surface and big crystal particles after enough sintering treatment inNH3 decomposition atmosphere at 85℃ or 980℃ for 40 min.
