摘要
高校图书馆服务质量是服务的技术质量和功能质量的有机结合,对应的缺陷是结果缺陷和过程缺陷,高校图书馆的服务特性决定了缺陷存在是必然的,本文详细分析了高校图书馆的服务特性及高校图书馆服务缺陷产生的原因。
The service quality in academic libraries is the organic integration of functional and technical quality of the service and the corresponding defects are result and process ones. The characteristics of academic library service lead to such defects. The paper analyses these characteristics and reasons for such defects as well.
