As higher education is developing rapidly, scientific research fund has become an important source of funds and its management has become an important aspect of financial management in institutions of higher learning. This paper analyzes several current problems existing in scientific research fund management in institutions of higher learning and puts forward some detailed measures on how to improve the management and increase the utilization efficiency of funds.
