电类应用型卓越工程师培养途径的研究

Research on Ways to Train Application-oriented Electronic Outstanding Engineers

本文在分析应用型卓越工程师培养目标的基础上,以我校电子信息工程专业为例,力图探索应用型卓越工程师培养的有效途径和实施条件。提出了小班化、工程项目驱动、从纸上谈兵、亲临实战到企业学习、实战练兵的培养策略;以"实践"为中心,在培养专业工程能力的同时,加强交流、组织、协作及自主学习能力等优秀工程师胜任力的培养。

The paper, taking as example the electronic information engineering specialty at Ningbo University of Technology, analyses the objectives to train application -oriented outstanding engineers, explores the effective methods and the conditions for such training and proposes such strategies as small - class, project - driven and paper - combating - enterprise - practical training mode, etc..
