摘要 批判性思维教学方法是建立在批判机械记忆的教学方法基础上,强调师生之间、学生之间平等地交换意见,鼓励学生提出问题、解决问题的教学方法。把批判性思维教学法应用于大学英语教学有利于改变传统英语教学偏重知识传播和记忆,忽视思维能力等智力因素培养的现状,从而有效提升学生的语言学习和思辨能力。 The critical thinking teaching, opposing the use of mechanical memorization, emphasizes the equal and interactive communication between teachers and students and encourages the students to raise and solve the problems. Therefore, the application of such teaching method in the college English teaching can help change the traditional form of language teaching, which deals more with linguistic competence, such as imitation and memory, than with the non - intellectual factors, such as thinking skills so that the students'linguistic competence as well as their thinking abilities will be effectively raised.
