论青少年足球运动员比赛意识的培养

Research on Cultivation of Competitive Consciousness in Teenager Footballers

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,根据足球运动的内在规律,并结合青少年成长阶段的特殊性,阐述了如何对青少年进行比赛意识的培养。研究指出,青少年运动员比赛意识的培养是一个长期的、系统的训练过程,必须和技术、战术、心理、身体素质等相关因素有效地结合起来,而且需要有目的、有计划地进行训练,才能达到预期目标,切不可急功近利。

The paper, based on such research methodology as literature research and expert interview as well as the inherent law of football game and the characteristics typical of teenagers on their way to growth, discusses how to raise the competitive consciousness of teenagers and points out that the work is a long and systematic training process and must be combined with factors including technique, tactics, psychology and physical conditions.
