摘要
目前在我国的国际工程履约中,普遍存在着国外技术规范和标准难掌握、变更索赔难、资源配置低和项目管理属地化程度低等问题。文章以摩洛哥的伊阿高速公路项目为例,从变更索赔管理、外账管理、物资管理和劳务管理四个方面,来介绍非洲法语区项目管理的实践经验。
In conducting international projects,there have been various problems including difficulties in mastering foreign technical specifications and standards,difficulties in variation and claim,in low allocation of resources and low-level localization of project management.As highway construction in French-speaking Africa has reached an extensive scale,it is significant and worthwhile to sum up relevant experience,especially at a time when there is fierce competition.This paper,taking the Imntanout-Argana Highway of Morocco as an example,introduces the experience of highway project management in French-speaking Africa,including the experiences of variation and claim management,external account management,material management and labor management.
