明确公立医院独立法人地位和法人治理结构的内涵,分析我国公立医院法人治理的现状和问题,探讨公立医院法人化治理与政府宏观管理的关系,分析公立医院法人治理结构的外部约束机制,研究提出实现公立医院独立法人地位的途径和策略。
This article made sure the meaning of public hospital as an independent legal entity,analyzed the current status of public hospital governance, explored the relationship between public hospital governance and government macro-management,analyzed the external constraint mechanism of public hospital governance structure,and proposed the path and strategy to make public hospital as an independent legal entity.
