摘要
自2003年以来,各地相继出台了农民工医疗保险制度的相关政策,并逐步形成了具有各地特色的农民工医保模式。但是实际参保率依然低下,政策适应性较差。本文从医疗保障需求和制度运行环境两方面来分析农民工医保制度政策的适应性。
Migrant workers health insurance policies with local characteristics were issued in parts of country since 2003.However,only few migrant workers were covered.This article analyzed the feasibility of migrant workers health insurance system from the health insurance demand and policy environment.
