就业问题历来就是一个关系国计民生的大事,而残疾人作为一个特殊的社会群体,其就业问题则更为严峻,它不仅关系到残疾人的自身利益,更影响到现代化进程以及社会的稳定与和谐发展。通过对沈阳市残疾人的就业现状的分析,探讨了影响残疾人就业的内在因素,并提出解决残疾人就业问题的根本对策。

Employment has always been a major event that bears upon the national economy and the people′s livelihood.As a special social group,the employment of the handicapped is more grievous.It not only influences the interests of the handicapped but also the process to modernization as well as social stability and harmonious development.By analyzing employment situation of the handicapped in Shenyang,discusses the internal factors to influence employment of the handicapped,and puts forward the basic countermeasures to solve the employment problem of the handicapped.
