大学毕业生就业创业政策体系及优化对策分析——以辽宁省为例

Analysis on policy system of employment and entrepreneurship for graduate and countermeasure to optimize it——Taking Liaoning Province as Example

基于政府、雇主、高校毕业生、中介和高校五要素政策分析模型,就当前存在的高校毕业生就业困难群体、就业创业雇主、高校人才培养改革的制度保障和就业服务中介机构的"合力"四大难题及其政策需求,提出了相关政策优化的对策与解决办法。

Based on policy analysis model including five factors of government,employer,graduate,agency and institutions of higher education,studies four present problems,those are difficult group in employment,employer of employment and entrepreneurship,system guarantee of talented-people cultivation reformation in institutions of higher education,and resultant force of employment service agency,as well as studies their policy requirement,and puts forward the countermeasures and methods to optimize correlative policies.
