摘要
目前,社会各方对素质教育的探讨和实践方兴未艾。在现实中,高职院校素质教育由于受应试教育、人文精神指导作用的缺失、过分强调技能训练及不健全的考评体制等因素影响而不能尽释其内涵。时间管理是素质教育的一部分,也是素质教育的必然要求,探讨高职学生时间管理意识的培养、技能的构建、习惯的养成,及在高职评价体系中导入对时间管理的评价,为解决上述问题提供了新的思考。
At present,discussion and practice on quality education from all aspects of society are in the ascendant.In the practice,because of the impact of factors such as examination-oriented education,lack of humanity sprit guidance,overemphasis on skill training and imperfect evaluation mechanism,etc.quality education in institutions of higher vocational education can not interpret its connotation completely.Time management is the part of quality education and the necessary requirement of quality education too.Discussing the cultivation of time management awareness for undergraduates in institutions of higher vocational education,the construction of skill,nurturance of habit,as well as introduction of evaluating time management into evaluation system of higher vocational education offer the new ideas for solving the above problems.
