大学生思想教育工作中的"道"是教育理念和教学原则,在大学日常教育、各类课堂教育和社会实践活动中,应充分发挥马列主义、毛泽东思想及邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想、科学发展观、和谐社会等"道"的作用。"术"是方法策略、行为过程。在思想教育工作中,应从对大学生的人文关怀、心理疏导、校园文化建设及对大学生特殊群体的教育几方面解析大学生思想教育之"术"。只有将正确的"道"与有效的"术"有机结合,大学生思想教育工作才能提高到一个新的水平。

The Dao of ideological and political education work for undergraduate is the education idea and teaching principle,during daily education,all kinds of classroom education and social practice activity should bring the Dao′s effect into full play,such as Marxism,Leninism,Mao Zedong Thoughts,Deng Xiaoping Theory,the important thoughts of Three Represents,Scientific Outlook on Development,harmonious society,etc..Shu is the method,strategy and action process.In the ideological education work,should analyzes the Shu of ideological education for undergraduate from the aspects of humanistic care,psychological leading,campus culture construction and education for special group in undergraduates.Only makes right Dao and effective Shu combine organically,can ideological education work for undergraduate advance to a new level.
