摘要
在综合国力竞争日趋激烈的21世纪,企业之间的竞争主要是人才的竞争,这种竞争更是体现在人才资源开发水平和人才选用机制的竞争。在我国许多大型企业,人才开发战略意识不强,制度创新力度不够,不同程度地影响到企业的长远发展。苏宁电器在人才开发制度方面走出了一条创新之路,推动企业不断向新的高峰攀登。我国大型企业应借鉴苏宁电器的经验,重视人才开发制度的创新,制定人才开发长远规划,优化配置企业人才,用更有效的激励机制解决企业人才流失问题,从而保持企业持续稳定快速发展,在激烈的国际市场竞争中立于不败之地。
In the 21st century,the main competition between enterprises is the talent competition, which is reflected more in the developmental level of the human resources and talent selection mechanism.In China's many large-scale enterprises,the strategic consciousness of talent development is inadequate and the institutional innovation is not strong enough,which has consequently affected their long-term development in different degrees.Suning Appliance has innovated the system of talent development and has promoted its development to even greater heights.Large enterprises in China should learn from Suning's experience to innovate the regime of talent development,to make long-term plans for talent development,to optimize the allocation of talents and to stop the talent flight with more effective incentive mechanism in order to ensure the enterprises' sustained,fast and stable development and a secure place in the international competition.
