Target Positioning of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Higher Education

高校举办中外合作办学,目标定位的混乱和偏离是一个重要的问题。高等教育中外合作办学的内涵应是高校举办中外合作办学的根本依据。但是,由于高校自身定位的不确定性、对政府的依附以及环境的变化等因素的影响,高等教育领域中的中外合作办学产生了目标定位的偏离。对此就高等教育中外合作办学定位提出三项策略。

The confusion and deviation from target positioning has become a major problem in Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher education.The connotation of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in higher education should be the fundamental basis.However,the target positioning has been influenced by the colleges＇ and universities＇ positioning confusion, their clinging to government and the changeable environment.Therefore,the article proposes three strategies to help get the clear orientation for Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher education.
