摘要
基于职业院校"双师型"教师的特点,构建高职教师评价内容体系,以自我评价、学生评价、企业评价、领导同行评价及社会评价为主体多方法的融合,达到高职教育目标的实现和教师自身发展相互促进。
Based on the characteristics of the vocational colleges "double-role teaches" ,construct the system framework of higher vocational teachers' evaluation content,with self assessment and evaluation,evaluation,leading enterprises and social evaluation for peer evaluation method of main,to promote vocational education goals and the development of teachers' positive purpose.
