孔子教育思想在职业教育中的应用

孔子的思想千百年来像一颗明珠,一直闪烁着耀眼的光芒,不同的人,不同的领域对于孔子的思想有着不同的理解与运用。把孔子的教育思想引进到职业教育中,意在让这颗明珠能够在职业教育中发挥其作用,促进职业教育更好发展。文章从孔子的有教无类、德育为先、因材施教和启发诱导这四个方面的教育思想进行了阐述。

The thought of Confucius is valuable all the time. Different people have different ideas of Confucius＇ understanding and using.Introducing the thought of Confucius in vocational education is better to promote its development. The paper mainly expatiate the thought of Confucius from education without discrimination,moral education,individualized teaching and heuristic method these four aspects.
