构建“三域一体”范式 推进管理示范建设——示范性项目建设背景下高职院校学生工作的探索与实践

国家示范性高等职业院校是高等职业院校建设和发展的楷模,要在区域乃至全国起到引领和示范作用。结合漳州职业技术学院经济管理系示范性建设具体情况,对什么是管理的示范、如何建设学生管理的示范以及三域一体学生管理范式的构建等三个方面进行阐述,为推进高职示范性院校中管理示范的建设提供借鉴。

The national model of higher vocational institutions is the exemplification for construcing of higher vocational institutions,which should take demonstration effect.The article integrates the particular case of Zhangzhou Institute of Technology and explains that what is the administrating demonstration and how to build the model of students management.Besides that,the triune student management paradigm has also been interpreted.These could been the reference for the development of higher vocational institutions.
