摘要 如何有效地整合教育资源,不断提高人才培养质量,更好地为区域技术、经济社会服务,是区域高职院校发展中面临的重大课题。结合海峡西岸经济区地域优势和区域技术、经济社会特点,从"两岸三方"互动的视角,对高职院校人才培养模式改革进行了深入地思考。"两岸三方"互动人才培养模式的系统化设计与有效运行为海西高职院校实现专业人才培养目标提供了新的途径。同时,这一模式所承载的职业教育理念与思路为我国高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的深入提供了可资借鉴的范式。 It is a major issue in the development of higher vocational colleges in areas as tohow to integrate educational resources effectively to improve the quality of professional cultivation,and to serve the regional technology and social economics.Combining the advantages of economic zone on the west side of the Straits and the characteristics of regional technology and economic society,the author thinks profoundly about the reform in the mode of professional cultivation in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of"Three Parties Cross-Straits"interaction.The systematic design and effective operation of the professional cultivation mode of"Three Parties Cross-Straits"interaction provide new approaches for higher vocational colleges on the west side of the Straits to achieve the goal of professional cultivation.Meanwhile,the vocational educational philosophy and clue in this mode provide a referential pattern for the deepening of the reform in the professional cultivation mode of higher vocational colleges in our nation.
