Reform and Practice of"Order-form"Talent-training Model——a Case of Zhangzhou Guest Hotel Class

根据"以就业为导向、以服务为宗旨"的高职人才培养改革目标,漳州职业技术学院旅游管理专业围绕现代酒店岗位的职业能力要求,与五星级酒店漳州宾馆合作,开展订单式人才培养的探索。通过改革与实践,真正实现以就业市场为导向,以素质为主线,以能力为本位,以技能为重点,体现高职教育与地方经济的紧密结合,努力形成高职教育自身的优势与特色。

According to higher vocational talents training reform target of＂job-oriented,service-aimed＂, tourism management major of Zhangzhou Institute of Technology practises＂order-form＂talent-training model cooperating with Zhangzhou guest hotel,a five-star hotel,in order to fit the professional ability of modern hotel. Through the reform and practice,＂order-form＂talent-training model realizes the＂job-oriented,quality basis and ability emphasis＂idea,and fully reflects the close integration of vocational education and local economy,thus forming the advantages and characters of higher vocational education.
