摘要
在008mol/LHCl介质及70℃下,超痕量Ru(Ⅲ)催化高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明B生成一种绿色荧光产物(λex/λem=248nm/529nm)。在选定条件下,Ru浓度在02~10ng/L与荧光强度成线性,该法的检出限为01ng/LRu,用于Fe-Pt矿中痕量Ru的测定,结果较好。
Under the conditions of 0 08 mol/L HCl medium at 70℃,Ru(Ⅲ)catalyses KIO 4 oxidation of rhodamine B to form a green fluorescemce product(λ ex /λ em =248nm/529nm).A calibration graph from 0 2 to 10ng/L Ru and detection limit of 0 1ng/L Ru were obtained by the fixed-reaction time procedure.The catalytic spectrofluorimetric method has been applied to analysis of Ru in Fe-Pt ore sample,with better results.
