介绍了邯钢三轧厂在技术改造中采用的新技术：无水冷金属热滑轨加热炉；弹性阻尼体减震器；德国AFG快速处理控制系统的电控设备．取得了良好效果。
The new techniques applied in reformation in NO.3 Steel Rolling Plant of Handan Iron and Steel Co., including the dry cool meltal hot rail heating furnace, elastomeric damper and the electricity control equipment of Germany AFG rapid handling control system, are introduced. The reformed result is good.
