大学新生幽门螺杆菌感染情况调查结果分析

目的了解大学生幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染状况,为防治Hp感染和慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡提供依据。方法 2008年新生随机抽样进行14C-尿素呼气试验,对结果进行统计分析。结果大学新生Hp阳性检出率为42.93%,其中男女生Hp阳性检出率分别为49.15%、40.29%,农村城市学生Hp阳性检出率分别为44.19%、40.58%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大学生Hp感染率不低,对出现上消化道不适症状者,应及早进行Hp检测和治疗。

Objective To explore Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection status of college freshmen,and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection,chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.Method Random samples of 2008 students＇ 14C-urea breath were tested,and the results were andysed.Results The Hp positive deteltion rate is 42.93% of which the rates of male and female students are 49.15% and 40.29%;the rates of rural and urban students are 44.19% and 40.58%,Between male and female students and between rural and wrban students,the differences are not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion College students Hp infection rate is not low,and for the occurrence of upper gastrointestinal symptoms,Hp testing and treatment shonld be applied in time.
