摘要
目的了解白族地区中学生考试焦虑现状。方法采用中文版Sarason考试焦虑量表(TestAnxietyScale,TAS)对937名在读中学生进行调查。结果高度焦虑者占36.29%;感受到有考试不适感的占58.27%;性别、独生子女、每天坚持锻炼、学习成绩、父母文化程度、家庭所在地、家庭经济状况在TAS得分及焦虑程度构成上的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论白族地区中学生考试焦虑程度严重,影响因素较多,需全面进行健康教育和考试心理辅导。
Objective To explore the current status quo of test anxiety of medical students in Dali university.Method The Test Anxiety scale-Chinese Version was used to test 937 middle school student.Results 36.29%of students had severe anxiety,and 58.27% felt uncomfortable with test.Difference in gender,only-child daily exercise,entertainment,academic record,parental education level,home place and family economic status in the test anxiety was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Test anxiety of medical students was so serious and is influenced by many factors.Comprehensive health education and psychological advise should be provided.
