可溶性CD40配体与心血管事件 被引量：2

摘要 可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)是肿瘤坏死因子超家族中的一种跨膜糖蛋白。sCD40L能促进平滑肌细胞扩增与迁移和冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展;sCD40L在易损斑块形成、急性冠脉综合征发生的机制中具有重要的作用;sCD40L能预测非瓣膜心房颤动患者心血管疾病发生风险;sCD40L与心血管事件的危险因素相关。与上述相反,有研究显示,sCD40L与动脉粥样硬化风险不相关;不能作为急性心脑血管事件诊断的标志物。sCD40L的临床意义有待进一步研究。
