新型絮凝剂聚磷氯化铝铁的制备及性能研究 被引量:5

Synthesis and performance of a new flocculant polymeric phosphato aluminum-ferric chloride

摘要 以FeCl3.6H2O、AlCl3.6H2O和Na2HPO4.12H2O为主要原料,采用复合共聚生产工艺,首次制备了聚磷氯化铝铁(PPAFC)絮凝剂,并采用红外光谱及扫描电镜对其结构进行表征,可以推断磷酸根为接聚在PAFC上。考察了投加量、pH值、沉降时间和Al/Fe比等因素对PPAFC混凝性能的影响。与聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)相比,PPAFC具有絮体大、沉降快、除浊效果好的特点,具有广阔的应用前景。 The polymeric phosphato aluminum-ferric chloride(PPAFC) flocculant was prepared for the first time using FeCl3·6H2O,AlCl3·6H2O and Na2HPO4·12H2O as raw materials according to compound co-polymerization.By infrared(IR) spectrum and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) characterization,it can be deduced that PPAFC is the product of polymerization of phosphate and PAFC.The effcets of the dosage,pH value,settling time,and ratio of Al/Fe on the coagulative performance of PPAFC were researched.Compared with polyaluminium chloride and polyaluminum ferric chloride,PPAFC has the feature of big flocs,fast settlement,and good turbidity removal,and has wide application prospects.
