摘要
目前企业资源计划(ERP)系统项目已经在中国石油企业内部实施,如何尽快地推进油气田ERP销售管理模块的建设,实现ERP销售系统的使用价值,对企业的发展意义重大。为此,介绍了ERP销售管理的思想与理念,比较了ERP销售管理与油气田销售管理存在的差异,提出了油气田ERP销售管理模块建设的思路以及中国石油西南油气田公司ERP销售管理模块设计模式。
ERP system nowadays has implemented widely in China ' s petroleum enterprises. The next step is how to fasten the process of sale management module construction for Gas Field Company ERP System and realize its use value, which would contribute greatly to an enterprise ' s development. Based on comparison between ERP sale management and common sale management of oil and gas field companies, it presents a kind of sale management module for Gas Field Company ERP System. Specifically, taking Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company as an example, by building a sale management module, the company can realize standard and automatic management on sale information and therefore strengthens the integrated management level based on sale and finance.
