水通道蛋白2在子宫内膜癌中表达及与组织学分级之间的关系

Expression of aquaporin 2 in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with tumor pathological grades

目的:探讨水通道蛋白2(AQP2)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达与分布及与癌组织学分级之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,对45例子宫内膜癌组织中AQP2表达情况进行检测,并与其组织分级进行分析。结果:AQP2主要表达于子宫内膜上皮、腺上皮细胞胞质和胞膜。组织学分级Ⅲ级癌组织AQP2的高表达率明显高于组织学分级Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级患者。结论:水通道蛋白2可能在子宫内膜癌形成及发展过程中起了重要作用,与肿瘤的恶性程度有一定关系。

Objective：To investigate the water channel protein 2（AQP2） in endometrial cancer tissues and cancer,with the distribution and the relationship between the histological grade.Methods：immunohistochemistry,45 cases of endometrial cancer were detected in AQP2 expression and analysis of its hierarchical organization.Results：AQP2 was mainly expressed in endometrial epithelial,glandular epithelial cell cytoplasm and membrane.Histological grade Ⅲ cancer AQP2 expression was significantly higher than that of high histological grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ patients.Conclusion：The water channel protein 2 may be in the formation and development of endometrial cancer play an important role in the process,and malignancy have a certain relationship.
