莫西沙星治疗肺部感染临床观察

Observation of moxifloxacin treatment of pulmonary infection

目的:分析单独使用莫西沙星与联合使用其他抗生素治疗肺部感染的效果。方法:选择2009年1月1日～2010年3月31日收治的35例肺部感染患者,将其随机分为两组,单独使用莫西沙星组16例,联合用药组19例。结果:莫西沙星单独用药组与联合用药组的治疗总有效率、体外药敏试验的敏感百分率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:莫西沙星治疗肺部感染疗效肯定。

Objective：To observe the effect of single use moxifloxacin and combination chemotherapy of lung infection.Methods：Chose the lung infection patients who were in hospital from January 1,2009 to May 31,2010,and were divided into two groups by chance.One group of 16 samples single used moxifloxacin,while the other group of 19 samples were given combination chemotherapy.Results：The difference of two groups was not of significance in statistics science（P〉0.05）.Conlusion：Moxifloxacin has good effect on treating lung infection.
