摘要 通过对淬火介质与固体表面间在不同过热度下物理特性研究,结合实际生产,运用有限元软件定量模拟某厂材质为30CrMnMo钢石油套管淬火过程温度场、应力场变化情况,得出了淬火残余应力随淬火时间和沿管壁厚度方向的变化规律.模拟结果与实际生产一致,对进一步优化淬火工艺、预测产品质量提供理论依据. On the basis of thermo-physical characteristics between quenching media and solid surface,the quenching process of seamless tube of 30CrMnMo steel was quantitatively simulated by using the software of FEM.Both quenching temperature and residual stress were analyzed.The acting law of the residual stress along the radius of the oil casing was achieved in the process.The simulation result is consistent with the production data,which is significant to the establishment of the heat treatment craft and the prediction of product quality in the future.
